Athlete Monitoring Program


  • Step 1: Read the Athlete Monitoring Program document - 2011/12
  • Step 2: A new database system is being implemented in time for the next erg score submission. Please see the tutorials on this page. 
  • Step 3: Establish a profile on the new database and you will receive a user name and password via e-mail.   As of Dec. 01, most of the glitches in the database have been worked out.  Coaches please download this note, which will help explain the new system or contact Chuck McDiarmid for more information.
  • Please note the following if you are experiencing difficulties:
    Rowing Specific Info    : When registering please ensure you select the following options. Under organization / Registration type - You must select "Athlete National Organization". This will allow you to enter Rowing specific info for your file.
    Trouble creating an athlete profile: We have had a number of individuals who have experienced trouble saving their on-line profile. If you are having a problem please try the following. This has resolved the problem for a number of athletes.
    1) Check to make sure your web browser is up to date, and not an older version
    2) Try registering with only the basic info. In the address and phone section don't put any info other than in the "current" tab. And only the bold sections.
  • User Name and Password: If you do not receive a user name and password within a few hours of a successful registration please click here for troubleshooting info or contact Chuck McDiarmid for further instructions.
