The practical component for Level 3 provides an opportunity for the coach to demonstrate his/her knowledge and skills in a practical environment. Completing the 5 tasks under the supervision of approved assessor, the coach will attain certification at this level. The Level 2 program prepares coaches to work with athletes competing on the club regatta circuit and particular attention is paid to: the relationships and connections between rigging & technique, selecting and working with a crew, identification of errors and corrections, strength training, and training program and design with the integration of strength training.
