There are many opportunities for Senior rowing in Canada – not to be confused with Masters, a Senior rower can be anyone over the age of 19. Senior rowing provides opportunities for those new to rowing through Learn to Row programs or Come and Try and racing competitively at different levels. There are programs for those wanting to train two to three times per week and those who have even more time to commit to additional training.

Regattas for Senior Rowers
Senior rowers looking for a competitive edge have many options including one of Canada’s most famous sporting competitions, the Royal Canadian Henley Regatta. Regattas for Seniors are available at the local and provincial level, with racing distances of 2000-metres.
