These are just a few of the ideals subconsciously created in the mind of the observer of our dynamic sport. As Canada's national governing body for the sport it is our responsibility to grow, nurture and expand the experience of rowing to as many Canadians as possible.
Rowing Canada Aviron's high-performance record speaks for itself. On a ‘per-capita' basis Canadian rowers continue to excel on the world stage, and rowing is ranked as Canada's number-one summer sport by Own the Podium.
Capturing this excitement and aligning with Canada's leading corporations is our goal and we are relentless in the pursuit of excellence.
Rowing's imagery is often used as a metaphor for TEAMWORK.
The focus is EXCELLENCE; that is the way to win gold medals.
Rowing in Canada provides a LEADERSHIP model for Canadian amateur sport.
The conduct of our sport and our athletes demonstrate INTEGRITY.
Most commercial organizations want to be identified with these values, EXCELLENCE, LEADERSHIP and INTEGRITY
