Recent Award-Winning Adaptive Athletes

Caitlin Renneson (TA2x)

Caitlin of the Ottawa Rowing Club has been selected as "Rower of the Year" which will be presented at the Ottawa Sports Awards Dinner Thursday, Feb. 1, 2007 at Algonquin College. She will receive a medal.

Meghan Montgomery (LTA4+)

The Winnipeg Rowing Club announced that Meghan Montgomery and Emily Silver have been named co-winners of the Peter Nykoluk Rowing Scholarship ($1800) for their volunteer support and promotion of rowing as coaches, and at the executive level, as well.

Tony Theriault (LTA4+)

Tony Theriault of the Nanaimo Rowing Club, is the recipient of the first SportsFunder Homegrown Heroes
Award.
