Rowing Canada Aviron will be holding two training camps for prospective athletes for the 2008 NART program. (Note: These training camps are not a requirement for 2008 NART selection.)

LTA TRAINING CAMP
Date: March 5-9, 2008
Location: Victoria City Rowing Club, Victoria BC

AM / AW / TA TRAINING CAMP
Date: April 24-27, 2008
Location: London Training Centre, London ON

Invitations to the training camps will be based on submissions to the 2007/08 NART Erg Monitoring Program, as well as past racing experience and results.

Financial subsidies will be provided, however athletes should be prepared to cover some costs. An outline of costs will be provided to athletes with formal invitation to attend.

Any interested athletes who would like to be considered, or who require further information, are asked to contact Allison Sheard (allison@rowability.com), Rowing Canada Aviron’s NART Coordinator, by February 3, 2008.

Athletes invited to the March LTA Training Camp will be notified by February 8, 2008.

Athletes invited to the April AM / AW / TA Training Camp will be notified by March 3, 2008.
