Canadian Team Announced for the 2011 World Rowing Championships

Rowing Canada Aviron is pleased to announce the final crew list for the 2011 World Rowing Championships to be held in Bled, Slovenia, August 28 to September 4, 2011. The World Championships also serve as the key qualification regatta for the 2012 Olympic Games. Canada has a total of 10 of the possible 14 Olympic class entries (W8+, M8+, M4-, LM4-, W2x, LW2x, W2-, LM2x, M2-, M2x) and three non-Olympic class entries (M2+, LM2- and LW1x) and one adaptive (Paralympic) crew (LTA4+).

The lineup contains two defending World Champion crews - the lightweight women's double and the adaptive mixed coxed four.
